How It Works

Starters

To begin the planning process, we kindly ask that you provide as much information as possible about your event, including the dates, start and end times, guest count, and any other relevant details listed in the forms on our website. Providing these details will enable us to design the ideal bar experience tailored to your event.

As we are a small, dedicated team, please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare a customized quote. For inquiries submitted Thursday through Saturday, responses may be provided the following Monday.

Reserve Your date!

To secure your event date, a 25% deposit is required upon receipt of your quote. Given the nature of our services, we kindly request a minimum of 7 days (one week) from the date of booking to properly prepare for your event.

For any changes to your event, including rescheduling or cancellations, please refer to your contract and consult with your event coordinator for further assistance.

Bar Planning + Developing

The process begins with your vision, and this is where the creativity takes shape—the “fun part.” Whether you already have a specific cocktail menu in mind or are unsure where to start, we offer a wide selection of cocktails from our seasonal menu to inspire you.

You provide the alcohol, and we handle the mixers. We will supply you with a detailed shopping list outlining the ingredients and supplies needed to perfect your cocktails. Additionally, if you prefer, we offer a convenient shopping service as an add-on, which can be found on our Add-On page.

Day Of Event

We ensure that our staff arrives 1.5 hours prior to your event to allow ample time for setup. Should any adjustments be necessary, we will communicate promptly and efficiently. At the conclusion of your event, our team will handle all cleanup, leaving the venue in pristine condition—better than we found it.
